You may use DesignVault to:
• Manage your wallpaper sample book inventory
• Track customer borrowing and returns
• Send notifications to customers
• Export your business data
• Configure settings for your business needs
You agree not to:
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
DesignVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
While we strive to maintain data integrity, you are responsible for regularly backing up your data using the export features provided in the application.
We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
